STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE GOALS

¨ For professional development, the school conducts SBIPs by those teachers who have attended workshops which are organized by various government/non-governmental agencies.

¨ The school also encourages its teachers to undergo various training programmes (including the various in-service courses and IT Training) for increased efficiency of teaching learning process

¨ For academic excellence of students, the teachers are encouraged to develop a variety of teaching/learning practice.

¨ Students are inspired to read books of great authors and they are given access to modern informative Media like TV, Internet under strictest supervision.

¨ The school conducts various campaigns on different issues to create awareness in the local community

¨ The school organizes a variety of games and competitions to nurture and nourish the physical, and mental talents of its students

¨ The school, through the health club and through various campaigns creates among its members a greater consciousness about personal health and hygiene

¨ The school conducts monthly planning/review meetings, ensuring the staff participation in school level planning and policy framing process.
